NEPPAFF is a web-based service where you uploading key data field to a secure website and making them available to officers to check the validity of any paper certificate being presented. In order to facilitate the lookup of information to be verified, ideally one would add a one or two-dimension barcode to the certificates which can be used to access the online information system. The code acts as an identifier for the certificates.

NEPPAFF is a web-based service for the application and issuing of traceable (using “Quick Response”-QR Code technology), common health export documents, for exports from Nigeria to other countries.
Implementing the Integrated Export Control Plan
The Generic Export Control Plan aims to ensure compliance to
national and international norms while increasing the efficiency of the export process.
Prerequisites will be controlled and checked by the related authorities and failure
to meet them will terminate the export process.
Risk management seeks to optimise the result of a control process by using the available
resources intelligently to minimise the total resulting risk from a hazard.
Breach of the legislations, infringements, falsifications and non-compliance by exporters
shall be responded with a proportionate penalty

and complaints resolved fairly, quickly and at the earliest possible stage
