What is NEPPAFF?

NEPPAFF is a web-based service where you uploading key data field to a secure website and making them available to officers to check the validity of any paper certificate being presented. In order to facilitate the lookup of information to be verified, ideally one would add a one or two-dimension barcode to the certificates which can be used to access the online information system. The code acts as an identifier for the certificates.

Traceability via QR Scan

Involves using images or QR codes that can be scanned on packaging, to tell consumers stories about the origin and location of products

Third Party Confirmation Test

A simple and cost-effective solution
is where Competent Authorities register key data elements on a website hosted
by NEPC for that purpose and associate each data entry with a serial number. A sticker with
that serial number (for ease of access in a barcoded fashion) is then applied to the
certificate.

Product Audit Report

Development of assessment checklist and audit principles for the IEC, with
respect to dry beans with respect to specific legal mandates of relevant SPS
concerned agency needs.

Conformity Assessment System

It will utilize the National Industrial Standard (NIS}, International
Organization for Standardization (ISO} standards as the basis for assessment
